We closed on our new build on 9/29 @ 4.75% and we still look around the house in disbelief. Went under contract on 5/9 with just a frame and a roof. Months of stopping by and checking on the progress, some hiccups along the way (one huge one), lots of emails back and forth with the LO, waves of happiness and anxiety all in one but in the end IT WAS WORTH IT.
