? ty mortgageman...what if the dispute has been on the credit report for over a year or two...and it is a legit dispute. Does having a statement on your CR help out with that?
....I mean because if it is taking off then verified by the CRA's to the CA or OC wouldn't that mean to them that you just gave up or "ha ha loser you are stuck with our derog on your CR" ? Help me to understand..please
