Are no doc loans even offered any more? Thought they went away when the mortgage meltdown happened

They are out there but you'll typically need 25% down and rates are about 5% higher than if you can document your income.

I have just learned about stated income mortgages. It seems that would be something we should look into. I have enough cash for a good down payment, cash reserve for a year and income producing commercial real estate and some modest oil royalties and credit score a little above 700 and no debt

Would this work??

Where do you find lender??????   What kind of questions will they ask?
