As you guys might have seen I posted about 2 months about my aunt trying to obtain mortgage with mutiple recent lates. I am here to report that she has been approved and closes this weds. We were able to clear ALL debt beside her current home mortgage and bring her scores from 593 to a 707 in a matter of 2 months. All payments since then have been on time. Once she moves in too her new home she will finish renovations at her old home and tell that and mostly like pay a good portion of the new mortgage off.
