Authorization valid for 30 days

This is regarding new construction loan, closing will be around Dec/2012.

I need to sign and send credit authorization form to the builder's lender , Is it ok to write something like below on authorization?

"Authorization valid for 30 days", I do not want them to pull my credit again and again.

I don't see why you would run into an issue by doing that.
