I paid off 2 small loans (payments were $353 a month on combined balances of $1,500 a month) and it gave me an additional $75,000 in buying power. I think my LO is guiding me in the right direction. But taking your advice, will not be purchasing a home where he is the listing agent. Thanks for that tip!
