Thanks. I have a contact there. Their programs almost seem too good to be true. I had never heard of this until about 2 weeks ago.

Chase does them as well but their rates are higher

Hmmm...our Mortgage broker chose Chase for us. Maybe we need to start over? Our scores are up in the mid 600's; mine are in my siggie and DH's mid is 635.

Closed May 5th-30 yr fixed at 5.25%.
You may ask them to take a look TBW is the same for USDA as for FHA.
