When is the best time of the month to app refi to make sure credit report have updated??

Or would the lender just update/soft pull the bureau as it update to current month?? Tanks

you can contact each credit card and see what day they update

the lender will do a soft pull at the end. but it will not affect score nor change pricing.

the lender would have to do a rapid rescore to do that.

Tanks. I was going app today but I'll wait a few days since looks like the lenders I'm looking at are updating their rate lower this week. My first try on va loan I did not do my due diligence and blew off my DTI as good enough. Done pest and appraisal before uw said my DTI was too high for their taste. Lesson learned moving on.

I am glad I waited until TU reported before aping for my refi. It went up 10+ pets from my lowest to highest out of three cra😋. Finishing up my app now.
