BofA showing late payments while agencies do not?

I am in the process of trying to re-fiance my house.  I have a HELOC account through B of A.  When I pulled my credit report, all 3 reporting agencies show "paid on time" for July, August and October of 2017.  However when US Bank pulled my credit they show those months as no payment having been made, but months before as extra payments being made.  Any ideas on how to get this worked out?  Are banks not looking at the same report I am?  Thanks in advance.

Is your lender asking about this? You have the reports you can show them. They need to get those tradelines updated. That’s their job not yours.... they simply call their vendor they use and get line items updated. Unless they specifically told you to do something don’t worry about it.

PS not reporting does not mean the report is saying you were late. Report just needs updating.
