It was a joke at your basement.  You said foundation which would be a straight up slab of concrete for those of us in parts of the country where basements aren't typically possible.

That's true. It's nice to have a basement at least for shelter purposes when bad weather hits.

Roof is on, all framing is up, HVAC ducts are up. Electric and water lines are next.

Hi adymax.. I'm building as well and I'll join you and share pics of where my house is so far. My pre-drywall meeting is Monday so I'll have plenty of pics to share then too

Sounds like a plan, you are welcome to post pictures. Your house is at about same stage as ours since we also waiting for pre drywall meeting as well to be scheduled.
