Am I able to use my cards as normal for bills or groceries etc while in underwriting? For information purposes, the card I would use doesn't cut a statement until Feb. 28th and I am supposed to close on Feb 23rd on the house. My understanding is this shouldn't interrupt anything because balances don't report in real time and if/when they pull my CR on the day of closing (Feb 23rd) they will see my last reported balance of $0.00 from Jan. 28th. I'm trying to avoid too much activity in my bank account since they are monitoring it and figured I can just use my credit card in the meantime for any bill or gas or groceries and daily expenses in the meantime. Is this okay?
