Just got my clear to close email! I literally burst into tears at the airport...I had no idea how emotional I would get over those 3 words.

It was completely unexpected today as I was sitting in UW purgatory until Monday.

Closing scheduled for Tues, assuming I get my CD by tomorrow. I pray nothing goes wrong!

Such a relief after a CH13 and rebuild...can’t wait to be a homeowner again!

Yes, I got it at 3:30 on Friday! Walk thru today and closing tomorrow, though I don’t have a time yet....so exciting!
