You usually get a little more help by posting your information.
What are your scores?
What state are you in?
How long employed?
W2 employee or self employed?
Yearly income gross (before taxes)?
What type of negatives on your credit report, and how old are they?
Positive tradelines on credit report, and how old are they?
Ever file Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Short Sale?
Those few questions will give you many suggestions for your circumstances, and I also recommend you start your own thread so you can keep track of it.
