Chances

What are my chances of qualifying for a morgage now my scores are up? Also, if I apply for a loan today, how soon can I close? With my scores, do you think i will qualify for FHA and if so which lender you recommend I use?

i was told by a LO today that all you need is a 530 mid for FHA. no lenders go below that. So you should be good, unless their report pulls different then the one you pulled, which happened to me. His mid score was over 30 points lower than the one I just pulled Tuesday. time to move on...

score is just one of many factors.
thgose scores will not prevent you from being approved.
