Changing closing cost and estimated payment after closing disclosure?

I am set to close tomorrow. I got my closing disclosures last Wednesday. This afternoon after I got the clear to close I got what my lender called my final closing statement and the cash to close went up. ( The estimated monthly payment went up too) Is that normal?  It is still an amount I have available but is it possible it will go up again before I get to the closing table tomorrow??

Look at the loan estimate and look at the closing disclosure. Something in there must have changed. Homeowners insurance, taxes, PMI?

When I looked last night looks like the taxes. I just assumed when I got the closing disclosures that was it. Thank goodness I only plan on doing this once lol. Have a great day!
