Clear to Close - Closing on Thursday!

Closing on Thursday! Very excited.. although, I won't take ownership of the home until next week, it will be nice to have it done -- OH! and, I am hiring movers.. I have moved 15 times in the last 20 years of my life, it is time to settle down, and I am NOT moving myself this time haha..

Once I close, I am going to resume trying to take the last couple baddies off my report. I stopped doing my repair while going through this process, but once I am closed I feel I am good to go on that again..

Thanks everyone on these forums of course! Feels so good to be almost done. I wish you all luck who are in the process or starting the process..
