I'm in Michigan too, and right behind you ... I'm hoping to close by 4/12 (waiting for condo construction to complete and certificate of occupancy issued).

How long was your file at RD? Do you know? Mine's there right now, loan officer assures me everything is fine, but I wish I'd hear it had been returned back to lender with approval.

March 2014: Abysmal, low 500s

April 2015: TU 607 | EQ 599 | EX 608
March 2019: TU 717 | EQ 727 | EX 727

It was first sent Mar 7 and we had a few requests and had to resubmit a couple times. Clear to close came Mar 17. Each time the USDA had it, it took them about 2 business days.
