My wife and I found ash house we like last month... So we've been working everything out with the lender. Finally, today, we received an email from our LO that said "WE ARE CLEARED TO CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"(that is literally his email haha)!!! We are set to close this Friday at 3pm.
