Actually, the house really doesn't "need" anything done. It was built in the mid 80s and has had some flooring replaced but we are only it's 3rd owner and children have never lived in the house. So it is in awesome shape. Poor house, it will get lived in by our 3 holligans!
The bathrooms are still in all their 80s glory so I would like to update the flooring and vanitiy. And the kitchen has butcher block countertops on super nice Oak cabinets, I would like to upgrade the counter tops to some nice granite. Also, the basement is unfinished and we may want to finish it.
Nothing I can't live with now though. And with still carrying the house payment for the house we live in now, we may have to wait a couple years before we can do any projects.
Our house now is 1,120 sq feet. This house has almost 2000 sq feet on the top level, the basement is another 1200 sq feet(isn't a full basement), and the garage is 1200 square feet (3 car garage, which probably fits about 6!) So the space is going to AMAZING!
CONGRATULATIONS tooliebell!!!!!

I have given them a 14 day possession, and if they don't come on Friday, the 14 day count down doesn't start until he has signed.
Everyone HOPE for me that he makes it a point to come and I will be moving soon!
CONGRATS!!!!! That is great news Tooliebell
