Hi everyone, i am first time buying a house and we set a closed day on 28th which is Sunday on the contract (but i think they will change since no closing on Sunday).
However, we did submit the loan, and my LO told me everything is ok and he's pushing it, and he should have the appraisal report next week, And he'll tell me when he get conditions from underwriter. Only like a week before closing, my heart is just skip a beat everyday. I dont know if we can close it on time or we will extend the day. Nobody say a words about it yet such at where we close, what time we close, etc, is it normal? Thanks for all your comments
