It was an FHA Loan and i only put 3.5% and Wells Fargo covered the other 3% of my closing cost.

Hello and CONGRATS!!!!!

I'm currently in Escrow with Wellsfargo. I got an instant loan approval through Wellsfargo online underwriting system, so now my loan is in underwriting. What do I expect now? My loan officer said everything looks good, but anything can go wrong in underwriting.
