Just wanted to say this has been such a good experience I am ready to close Friday. I owned my home outright and was only asking for $25000 so they only did a drive by appraisal and I didn't get charged a fee they said they didn't get charged so no charge for me. Whole process maybe 45 days at most. They are sending a notary to my house Friday morning to sign paperwork. I'll update when done.
