Wells Fargo is the only lender that I've seen that publishes daily FHA rates on their website. Also, FHA rates will vary from lender to lender so take that into consideration when you're shopping rates.

Bank of America will tell you their daily FHA rates.  It was exactly what my lender gave me.  You have to sign up for their rate watch to see them.

I locked in last week at 5.75. I was hoping for lower but the rates had been rising pretty consistently over the past few weeks and I didn't want to take any chances.

The latest from my LO: 30yr FHA rates are still at 5.5% and are rumored to possibly fall later this week.

I am going to wait a couple more days and see what happens.

Yesterday for FHA i was getting 5.5% for no points and 5.0% for 1 point.

We did a few weeks ago at 5.0% with zero points for VA loan.
