Already had our inspection, termite, appraisal ordered, underwriting approval withh final conditions, and they are ordering our tax transcripts today.

Updating to include appraisal! Came in tiny bit over contract.  They have also updated our official closing date to 12/30/16! We have a small list of repairs the seller is to get done prior to close.  We are really pushing it! The last day of the year we could possibly close!! Wish me luck!

Didn't make the December cut Smiley Indifferent

The appraiser came out again yesterday and said there were still paint chips on the ground outside.  I seen these chips and they look like little specs of dust on the grass/dirt.  I can't think of a way to remove them other than to dig up the entire area.

He charged me a re-inspection fee and it looks like it will be charged again but our agent is trying to get it covered for us.

See you in 2017!
