Discouraged

I was just told by one lender that I need 2 years work history. I was in school from 4/2011 until 8/2012 and begin working as a Nurse (Pool) I have no guarenteed hours but my checks have been averaging $1400 every 2 weeks after taxes. Are there any lenders in Philadelphia, PA that can get me approved.? I'm really feeling bummed.

Re: Discouraged

If you went to school for nursing then there shouldn't be an issue from what I understand.

Find a broker or a new lender.

What bank did you use?

Re: Discouraged

Agree. You should try a broker. There are a few on this board that you could probably send a message via PM, but they cannot initiate contact with you.

If you were in school, or receiving other training, then there is a specific procedure to follow, which would allow you to be approved based on your current income.

Good Luck in finding a good broker

Re: Discouraged

was just told my I would have to be a Pool Nurse for 2 years for them to qualify me. Otherwise if I get a full-time job I would only need 30days income to qualify. Funny how things work, I just got a call for an interview for a full-time nursong job. Wish me luck!!!!!!!
