Dispute Comments, mortgage app

I ended up needing to file a Dispute to get rid of the Dispute! A real pain! It took 3 weeks

When you filed the dispute to remove the dispute, did the creditor put the dispute remarks back?  I am a year

and a half out, as far as prequalifying for a mortgage, what steps could I take if that happens?  Another round of disputes?  They are old dispute comments, most of them are on closed accounts.  One open account and they are all Cap One. I disputed one on the 30D late and they put remarks on all of them.

I asked them to say Resolved and they did.
