Our LO contacted me about a dispute comment I have for Midland Funding that needs to be removed. This account is dated to fall off 10/2012. They pulled our credit from Old Republic. I know that it is also on my TU report but none of the others the last time I checked. I pulled EQ & TU last week. She sent me a form to dispute through Old Republic but said it could take 30 days. Should I try to attempt through TU as well? I have been reading some of the TU threads for dispute and I see some have suggested faxing and other calling. I'm just trying to figure out which route is best or should I try all. I really do not want to contact Midland directly.
