Does USDA Use Equifax Mortgage To Pull Credit

I noticed a new inquiry on my report. It's from Equifax Mortgage would this be the USDA?  I have not applied anywhere else.

Have you googled equifax mortgage to see what the company is?

Yes, USDA uses equifax (the direct loan program).
