Experian Dispute Comments Removal

Hi,

I will be very soon working on my mortgage loan process. I learnt from this forum that dispute comments will be an issue. I called Transunion and they removed it. I called Experian, they said they will remove it and the dispute remarks came off from the "Comments" section. I also see "Reinvestigation Info" in the credit report and it has a comment "This item was updated from our processing of your dispute in Mar 2021". The experian rep says he does not see this comment on his side. What is this reinvestigation info section? Will this comment impact me?

I am not sure what to do as the experian rep says he does not see "Reinvestigation Info" section on his side.

Common annoying issue. Many of their reps are not seeing this on their end but it shows on  a different screen that they may not be aware of.  Usually need a manager or just keep calling until you find someone competent.

Thanks for the response. Tried calling again. They are removing from "Comments" section and are swearing that they don't see the reinvestigation option. Tried talking to more than 5 people there. Now, no mortgage officer asked me since i am yet to apply. But i am proactively preparing myself. Does "Comments" section matter to them or this "Reinvestigation Info"?
