I have a HELOC that is due spring 2013 and would like to extend it, as it was only granted for 10 years. Does anyone know if this is even possible? It has transferred banks numberous times in the last 10 years and is currently held with PNC.
I am trying to refinance my heloc into my mortgage now with the rates being so low and the HELOC will be expiring. Now is the time to pay the piper after all these years. I wish I had paid down on the HELOC with all those cars I got! Good luck!
