FHA DTI ratio

Sorry if this topic has been posted many times before.  I've been MIA from the community for a couple of years now.

What is the max DTI for FHA?  We currently have a home that we purchased in 2004 - we have a conventional mortgage, but are currently underwater and we have completely outgrown this 1200 sq ft townhome with two kids and a 1 car garage!  We are looking to build a bigger home in the same town, but just wondering the max DTI on FHA so we can determine if we are wasting our time and an inquiry.
