What are your disputes?

You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing!

Re: FHA IIB Open Dispute

I think it depends on the bank and the UW. I was able to get FHA with one account showing in dispute. I just had to show docs showing what the current payment is on the account.

However it is not that hard to get this fixed up to give you peice of mind.

As long as they all have a zero balance, they should be ignored.
