Hi we will be looking to buy a house in next couple of months. I have FICO of 661 and my husband 658. Will we qualify for FHA Loan? We also are receiving grant money of $14,000 for downpayment and we have around $14000 more to add to that. I use some of my overdraft line of credit to cover purchases in my checking after our bills get piad. I pay it in full every month. Is this looked down upon?
