Hey I wanna take time to thank this forum. I already owned a home financed with citi mortgage and for some reason my other half decided she wanted to move. I knew my scores where good but didn't know the difference in the fico models so my 679 681 and 669 was only fico 08 and found out my mortgage scores was 535 525 and 510. I was registered. This was in November 2021. I found the forum and took some key steps to get my mortgage scores up and on March 1st I closed on my loan. I financed fha 425000 at a 30 year mortgage with a 3.65 with Carrollton bank. We put down 3.5%. Thanks for all the advise.
