Our previous mortgage plans were put on hold, as we moved across country for my job.
We've been here for almost a year, our lease will be coming due and I'm ready to get a VA Mortgage.
My issue is, how do you find brokers or realtors in your area that are knowledgeable with the VA process?
I tried Google, many lenders came up that offer to find realtors, but of course they want to preapprove you.
I'm already planning on looking into the loan through my bank, I'd like to speak to a broker and at some point one of the veteran friendly companies.
We're in Northern Illinois, not Chicago, I found plenty near Grays Lake!
