Btwn initial mortgage app and now I was victim of identity theft. I requested a 3B freeze. Since the first pull was already made does anyone know if the 2nd pull will be allowed or will I have to unfreeze just before closing? I understand that its only new inquiries that are prohibited and does not affect current creditors. SInce the mortgage co already pulled are they considered a current creditor?
