We are (possibly) going to go through the streamline refinance process for a Fannie Mae loan serviced by Wells Fargo (our current lender). We received the GFE which looks good and it says it is good through the end of the month. However, since the rate was iniitially quoted to us interest rates have risen. Will Wells Fargo stil honor the GFE?
