Here is a breakdown of some of the fees the lender is quoting me.
FHA 30 year loan. Interest rate-4.75

Origination fee- 1.25-$2036
Underwriting fee- 995.00
Processing fee-775.00

Total to close-14222.00

Are these fees high and how's the interest rate.

Unless they meant to give you a credit of $2,036 instead of charge you $2,036 - it's a horrible deal.  If they give you the $2,036 as a credit, then it's a pretty good deal.
