Clear to Close just came in for me. Tentatively Friday at 11:30. Walkthru is at 10AM.

HOWEVER:

I asked my LO if we could do it sooner and he thinks the seller will be good with it, so he is trying to find out now if we can get it done sooner than Friday!

Hell - I must make my own post!!!

Woot - TYTY. It really is amazing how easy it was to get the gas bill in my name. I just called them and they asked when I wanted to start billing, so I told them today and its all set.
