The village where the property is located at requires a compliance inspection on every real estate transaction its schedule for tomorrow morning at 10 am can't close without it .
Update: property passed inspection . Closing set for Wednesday April 17th @ 3 Pm. When will I receive the final amount to bring to closing from the tirlt company???

Still haven't received my final amount to bring to closing. I contacted the title company and was told that they don't have the final figures yet . The seller purchased transfer stamps today so hopefully I will know by tomorrow . Supposed to close on the 17th
