Guaranteed Bouns and Mortgage Caculation

Guys is there a mortgage lender that will account for a guaranteed boun? I understand that they want to see a two years average, but I just recieve a 15,000 a year guaranteed bouns a couple days ago so it does reflect my income taxes of 2014.

A guaranteed bonus????

How can a bonus be guaranteed ? I thought was why they call it bonus?? Does yours have some kind of performance stuff you have to do?

I agree with Bamaguy.

If your bonus has already paid, lenders will usually avg this bonus with last years bonus. You have to show consistent history of receiving a bonus.
