HELOC with 90% LTV? Anyone know of any?

The close the loop on this, I was not able to get a 90% LTV HELOC but I did get an 80% for 18.9K at 6.5% APR. I used it to pay off a Lending Club Personal loan at 39% APR. Saving almost $700 a month.
