I am 12 months in using Evans Bank, 8 months to go, so far so good.  same program here in Upstate NY as HSBC, M&T use.  Cant beat free money and offers 0 DP loan if I wanted. No PMI also.

Yea that’s how I look at it. It’s free money. They help get you set up. When it comes to mortagages I have no clue. Going over there this week to set up the account.
