Help..Closing in 30days and a collection was just added to my report

Hi All,

 

Any advice would be helpful.  I am closing on April 25th and Commonwealth Financial has put a negative item on my report.  Has anyone had any luck with getting an item removed quickly?

The first thing to do before doing anything is to notify your LO immediately. This is VIP. You may not have to pay it.

My LO is aware of the issue.  I would like to get it removed in order to raise my score.
