Hello, I need some advice on a our 2nd mortgage that was charged off or is currently in the status of being charged off by Wells Fargo. We just had our first modified for a lower interest rate and are current.
1st mortgage amount 133,000
2nd mortgage 56,000
Home Value 120,000 or less.
Any advice on how/if we can settle this? It is In Illinois.
