We're finally taking the plunge.  We got our pre approval letter last night and today we put an offer in on a house we've by cyber-stalking for a month and we just heard that the seller will accept!  Now the fun parts begins....

Congrats! Good luck, not sure when the fun starts, so far it's been a long agonizing process, and it hasn't even been a full 2 weeks yet! I just keep telling myself 3 weeks left to go....

Ok, today we're officially starting the escrow process.  Finally got the signed contract from the seller.  They want a fast escrow, inspection within 5 days and appraisal within 10 so that we can close in 30 with some grace.
