I'm on redfin, zillow, realtor, a few local sites, and what my realtor sends me each day. I should've mentioned that if I go to North Las Vegas, I cant get the assistance program I'm wanting.
Eeeek!!! My realtor just called to let me know that we're looking at 2 other houses tomorrow BUTTTTTTTTTTT that he believes my offer on house #5 is going to be accepted. I was just emailed the short sale addendum to fill out and fax back. For house #5 we offered asking with no special requests. Specs: 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 story, 1350sq feet, built in 2007, gated community, HOA of $45/mo, taxes of $665/yr, priced at $55,000!!!!!!! It seems sooooo unreal! It's also MOVE IN READY!!! (well, people are still living in it....)
Thanks, my lease isn't up until the end of November, so I'm not in a hurry. Hopefully that gives them enough time to do whatever they need to do. I should know tomorrow (hopefully) if my offer is formally accepted or not.
