Home Equity Line.

Well, THAT was easy.

Applied 03 December.

Approved 06 December.  Requested normal docs.  (POI, Mortgage Statement, Home owners insurance)

No appraisal needed.  Credit Union using "Home Value Explorer" which believes my home is worth more than I think it is...

We signed paperwork on the 21st, loan should fund on Monday the 27th.

TU8 score 760, six inquiries.

More than enough dollars to pay off several other debts, put new siding on the house, save us more than $400 per month, AND leave equity available.

5.24% APR.  Payments based on current balance at a 15 year rate.  10 year draw period, 15 year repayment period.

We're pretty thrilled!
