I called discover and verified that the loan has officially funded, finally! Now we're just waiting for dispersement, which should take a few days.
And just to conclude my thread, the money dropped into our joint account today and accounts that we wanted paid off are starting to get paid. Discover has said they mailed paper checks 😱.
