Hello I was thinking about applying for a home equity loan or a HELOC and have some question. I currently have 2 VA mortgage loans. One of them I rent out and I have about 90,000 equity in it. I wanted to get the loan to make some repairs. Maybe looking at applying for 50K .What are some good companies to go with for Veterans? Also what is the process for the 2 different loans? Do you have to go to clsing like a regular mortgage? How often do they get approved? My wifes score is mid 700's and mine is low 700's. Thanks.
